"Katelyn was incredible and easy to work with. She was incredibly professional and thought of all the small details and answered all my 100s emails. The day of our venue wasn’t quite ready and some of the decor didn’t quite work and I had no idea Of any of these details as she just rolled with it. Everything was beautiful and looked better than I could have ever imagined by just letting her use my vision and modify where she felt needed with her expertise. Katelyn was incredibly kind and made sure everything went to plan all the vendors were kept in the loop and handled all that extra communication so I didn’t need to. She even sent a very detailed itinerary so everyone knew what to do and when and all the vendors knew exactly where to go. I can not thank you enough for all your hard work and organization so my day could be stress free and I could focus my energy on being present for my day. Thank you!"

"Katelyn was beyond helpful when it came to planning and executing everything we needed to do at the wedding. She was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and was able to give us so many little tips that made the day, the pictures, the prep, and everything about our experience a lot better. She is organized, and thinks of everything! During our Skype call she thought of every detail that needed to be done. During our ceremony it rained and we were able to count on Katelyn to keep things moving with ease. She rolled with punches as our plans moved back and forth between plan A and plan F. Before we could think of what needed to be done, she had already done it. We can say without a doubt that this wedding would not have happened to the level of organization and care we wanted for our wedding day, without her. From the prep before the wedding, running the rehearsal, going over everything we forgot, to the day of where she coordinated everything in perfect synchronized fashion, we would highly recommend Katelyn for any bride and groom to be. Weddings are stressful, especially with all the craziness happening in the world. Our wedding got a lot less stressful when we had Katelyn helping out. "Working with Katelyn was incredible. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. I was initially worried when selecting a coordinator that they may not be as detailed as I am, but that was far from the truth with Katelyn. She thought of everything that I could have possibly imagined and more. I didn’t need to worry about anything! When it came to preparing for the wedding itself, she made everything very smooth for us especially considering we were living overseas. It was a seamless experience for us while she guided us step by step through exactly what we needed to do, making sure nothing was overlooked. When it came to our wedding day she was incredibly organized. We literally just had to show up and enjoy ourselves. I am sure there were things that went wrong behind the scenes but we did not know about any of that because she kept running everything so smoothly. The support was incredible. If you are planning a wedding, I cannot recommend Katelyn enough. The all inclusive services that she offers was fantastic. Hire her! You will absolutely not regret it!"

"We chose Katelyn as our wedding coordinator shortly after we got engaged. She helped us completely plan essentially 2 weddings due to COVID. Katelyn was flexible and easy to deal with throughout our 2 year engagement. On our wedding weekend she ran the rehearsal and made sure everything was in place for our day. I didn’t have to worry about being in 20 places at once because she made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!"

Katelyn helped me to plan my wedding through the beginning of Covid. She kept me updated on all changes in restrictions that were happening and helped me through all the decisions and plans that’s needed to be done to accommodate the never ending changes to restrictions.
