When is the best time to hire a wedding coordinator?
You can hire a wedding planner / coordinator immediately after getting engaged. Most couples decide to book 12-18 months in advance. It is important to book as soon as you can as soon as you know who you would like to work with to ensure they do not become fully booked for your ideal date.
What is included in the free initial meeting?
This time is a chance for us to get to know one another, for me to get to know what type of wedding you are hoping for, and to walk you through an overview of the Forever & Fancy planning process. Wedding planning is very personal, and we will be spending a lot of time together, so it is incredibly important to ensure we are a great fit before getting started!
How far will you travel?

What does being WPIC certified mean?
I am a certified Wedding Coordinator through Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. In order to achieve this certification, I completed an extremely comprehensive, respected, and internationally-acclaimed course.
Hiring a WPIC Certified Wedding Coordinator comes with lots of benefits! Knowing you are working with an industry professional who took the step in continuing education, and also knowing we must follow a strict code of ethics.
WPIC Code of Ethics can be found HERE.
What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator?
The biggest difference is that a wedding coordinator works for you.
A wedding coordinator and venue coordinator have different responsibilities. While your needs will be both of their top priorities, a venue coordinator will focus slightly more on the venue itself, and making sure it is prepped and ready to go.
A Wedding coordinator is there to help ensure that you can live in the moment while they take care of all of the moving parts and every little detail. They will also solve things that are bound to come up, communicate with your vendors, and be there for you in any way you need.
While a venue coordinator is a fantastic asset to have if your venue offers this, they are not a replacement for a wedding coordinator. Remember that they work for the venue and will likely only handle the big picture elements of your day.
Are you LGBTQ+ Friendly?
Absolutely! LOVE IS LOVE and everyone has the right to be treated equally.
Is Forever & Fancy eco friendly?
YES! Forever & Fancy has eco values and wants to help educate couples on how to make their wedding eco friendly. Whether you want to be as eco friendly as possible, or just want to consider a few things to help, I am happy to assist!
Forever & Fancy will be donating a portion of our profits from every full planning, partial planning, and month of coordination package to a not-for-profit focusing on carbon offsetting. So just by booking with Forever & Fancy, you are helping the environment!
